HR 4646 – This Bill to be slipped in through congress after the November election that would place a 1% “fee” (hidden tax) on any deposit made into your bank account, no matter whether it’s a paper deposit, check deposit, Social Security check, disability check, or automatic deposit for ANYTHING.  In other words, if this Bill is passed, you will be required to pay $1.00 for every $100.00 deposited no matter where the money comes from or how it’s added to your account.
