How our country ever got so entrenched in a foreign aid program that is so corrupt and inept is beyond imagination but it is a clear sign of how broken our entire Federal Government is and must be changed. But is there really any hope that it will change? Probably not. When will we learn that you cannot buy your friends and allies.
