Col Allen West Blasts the "Godless" Democrats - Controversy at the DNC!

Allen West is letting the Democrats have it for taking God out of their official platform. Yes, that is correct. The Democrats DO NOT want to mention God in their platform.

West just released a new TV spot showing how enthusiatcially the Democrat delegates don't want God mention in their platform.

In an amazing turn of events (after much bad publicity for them) the Democrats decided to put God back in the platform and took a public vote of the delgates to confirm putting God back in. The sad part (for Democrats) is during this "vocal" vote as to putting God back in the platform "NO" won each of three times the vote was taken!

Here is the story on the Allen West TV ad:

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) released a new scathing campaign ad Thursday, slamming Democrats for striking all mentions of “God” from their official platform during the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte this week. The ad features footage of DNC delegates enthusiastically voting not to include “God” in the 2012 Democratic platform.

“Three times they said no to God,” the ad states.

The ad begins with former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland saying, “I am here to attest and affirm that our faith and belief in God is central to the American story and informs the values we‘ve expressed in our party’s platform.”

The shot then cuts to Los Angeles Mayor and 2012 DNC chair Antonio Villaraigosa, who tells “all the delegates opposed” to the measure to say “no”.

A large portion of the delegates can be heard screaming, “No!”

“Let me do that again,” Villaraigosa says. “All those delegates opposed, say no.”

“No!” the crowd screams, even louder than the first time, waving their arms in protest.

Then, looking a little surprised, the Los Angeles mayor asks for one final vote. The delegation again hollered “No!” just as noisy as before, some rising out of their seats to add extra emphasis. Despite the divided vote, Democrats reinstated language from the 2008 platform that said: “we need a government that stands up for the hopes, values and interests of working people and gives everyone willing to work hard the chance to make the most of their God-given potential.” The party also reinstated wording that mentions Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

“It’s embarrassing, it’s stupid,” Democratic strategist Paul Begala says in the video, followed by various shots of political pundits condemning the vote.

I was stunned when I learned that God had been taken out of the platform in the first place, but I was in shock when I watched this LIVE. Not only did the Democrats create a huge blunder for themselves when they originally took God out of their platform (as well as ignoring Jerusalem as the capital of Israel), they complicated things by caving to pressure to put Him back in it. Then too, when their embarrassment of claiming there was a two-thirds vote to reinstate God became a public fiasco, it exposed to all watching just how UNgodly their stands concerning life in the womb, homosexual 'marriages', and other moral issues truly are.

In other words, not only do they not stand together in what they believe, they're not even sure what that is! The vocal vote of "yays" and "nays" was very telling. Not only was it clearly not a two-thirds vote, but the expressions of those voting on both sides seemed amazed at the division. It appeared to me that both sides really thought there were many more delegates who agreed with them personally, than there actually were.

I also found it interesting that just after the vote, it was learned that the Democrat leadership was so certain the lemmings would follow without objection, that even before the vote had been called for, the teleprompter told the story. When it was checked, it revealed the outcome had already been decided to accept the inclusion of God and Jerusalem. Is it any surprise Mayor Villaraigosa had a "duh" moment? What he was reading and what he was hearing were obviously not in agreement and he knew it was just as obvious to the millions watching.

I knew at that moment, whether the viewer was a Democrat, Republican, Independent, or undecided voter, there were many others besides just me with my hand over my mouth. We were possibly watching a great moment in history that may change the result of this great election. We can only hope, and pray to our Almighty God, that it will be His will. As the Bible says when God was speaking to Abram concerning a future Israel:

"And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." (Genesis 12:3)

That vote during the DNC was a clear sign to the rest of America where this country is headed under the democratic mind set.

Let me give you a few Scriptures on God's take of the situation and what is going through His mind. Job 8:13 "So are the paths of all who forget God, And the hope of the godless will perish, Job 27:8 "For what is the hope of the godless when he is cut off, When God requires his life? Ps 9:17 The wicked will return to Sheol, [Even] all the nations who forget God. America is going to have to choose between good and evil this election. It should be of no surprise where the Democrat's stand. I implore independants and those of you who are undesided don't hold hands with the party who does not desire to have God on their side. In fact let the words of God encourage you to do right and vote Republican, 2Ch 7:14 and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Go with God and He promises to heal this land and forgive its sin. Seems clear to me Who is the right choice.
