Allen West Comments on Marines Peeing on Dead Taliban Controversy

A video came out this week showing some US Marines 'peeing' on dead Taliban fighters and it has created a firestorm of controversy. Rep. Allen West who is a retired Army Lt Colonel with combat experience commented on the video saying...

“The Marines were wrong. Give them a maximum punishment under field grade level Article 15 (non-judicial punishment), place a General Officer level letter of reprimand in their personnel file, and have them in full dress uniform stand before their Battalion, each personally apologize to God, Country, and Corps videotaped and conclude by singing the full US Marine Corps Hymn without a teleprompter.

“As for everyone else, unless you have been shot at by the Taliban, shut your mouth, war is hell.”

Col West hit the nail right on the head! He is a ture American Hero and if we had a country full of people like him we would be much better off.

All these people like Hillary Clinton (who does not like the

military anyway) condemning the Marines are ridiculous to say the least. So it is OK to kill them but 'peeing' on them after they are dead is a sin of the highest order.

It is the same 'pious baloney' as the Obama administration shows when they try close Quantonimo Bay and give terrorist the rights of US Citizens by bringing them to the United States for civilian trials and at the same time say it is OK to shoot Bin Laden in the head and drone strike a US Citizen. So which is it? Are we at war or not? There is no in-between.

Of course, killing Bin Laden and Anwar al-Awlaki was the RIGHT thing to do. We are just using it as an example to show the hypocritical thinking of the left. Anwar al-Awlaki gave us his right to US Citizenship when he decided the USA was his enemy.

Drove to the river and went across on the pontoon bridge, stopping in the middle to take a piss in the Rhine, and then pick up some dirt on the far side, in emulation of William the Conqueror.

You cannot expect soldiers to think and act like people who have never been in combat and you should NOT want them to! Especially Marines! Marines are trained to do one thing...kill the enemy and everyone in this country should be damn happy we have them.

A Soldiers family are the people next to them that they serve with. They have a bond so strong with each other that 'civilians' cannot even begin to understand it. Most likely everyone of those Marines in that video have had members of their 'family' killed by the Taliban. People like Hillary Clinton might have a totally different view of the situation if someone in her immediate family had been killed by the Taliban.

As Col West said, “As for everyone else, unless you have been shot at by the Taliban, shut your mouth, war is hell.”

I believe that these great men deserve to be given a Commendation for this Act! As a former U. S. Marine, I believe that what these men did was a Patriotic Act, and that they should be rewarded and supported by every echelon of Command, of all the Armed Forces, (In the fight against Terrorism)! We should respect their decision to do what they did.

I think that the Morale of most of the men in the Armed Forces, could possibly have been boosted, because of this incident. It is just not politically correct to do these things and get caught! They are talking about it and how this sort of thing could or would ruin their careers. Our warriors should not have to worry about their careers when they are doing their jobs! talk I talk with people everyday that have no idea what War is, or even what a Marine is, or does, or was trained to do?! When I tell them that we are taught to kill, (and have animal instincts) they can hardly believe their ears!? They don't want to know the truth!

Many are sitting back all high and mighty and condemning these Marines, when we should be honored, that they did this great thing for us! They did their jobs, and killed the enemy, and a little bit more! (If only Washington would do their jobs!)

How can we sit back and condemn these Marines, if we have never worn their shoes? Instead of showing signs of weakness, they are showing their bravery, (not unlike an animal would after a fight), which is a normal reaction, when you are trained in this manner and in that kind of situation! (Life and Death)

It is WAR! WAR is Hell!!
